Hollis Queens, the place that birthed the legendary group RUN D MC has been a place deeply entwined in the fabric of hip-hop. Hip-Hop & Hollis Avenue are two things that the Borough of Queens is proud to call their own. However it’s been a minute since a real legitimate movement has stepped to the forefront and takeover where the legendary RUN D MC has left off. Rich Fly Gee$ is that movement which is poised to keep that Hollis Avenue legacy going. The group is comprised of 8 artists, all with different styles and swagger. Their goal is to be the best group in the game and show why “Queens is the place where stars are born”.
Now with their new visual “Try Me” the two brothers from the camp Young Yadi & Yetti Boss give us a glimpse into the world of Rich Fly Geez as this Shatek (Beats on Film) directed video is filmed on the legendary 205th street on Hollis Avenue. Fly whips, bandz of cash and crew love are the backdrops of this visual as the duo asks the question why would you “Try Me”.
