Penny Shaw (@lilpennyshaw) Releases Gripping Video for “Questions”

Earlier this year, Penny Shaw and ContraBAND released their collaboration entitled Ill City Blues. “Ill City Blues” is best described as cinema, in music form. It captures Penny’s realism, his aspirations, as well as his vulnerabilities.

Those vulnerabilities are especially on display in “Questions,” the project’s intro track, where Penny feels powerless against his biggest opponent; doubt. Backed by eerie – yet head-knocking – production from ContraBAND, Penny navigates his way through the doubt of others as well as from within. Will he free himself of it? That’s the question.
