“No Industry Standard” is a 16 track roller coaster ride of brutal bars penned by renown Wisconsin emcee, Taiyamo Denku.
15 of the album’s instrumentals were brewed by the maniacal mind of producer, Dcypha. Hit play and experience potent Hip Hop As one should come to expect from any Cypha Den Music release. Dcypha mixes in a strong balance of DJ cuts and audio snippets to bring the beast out of Denku. The Milwaukee emcee serves up music for the blue-collar demographic and for fans of nineties era Hip Hop. All throughout the album, he speaks about staying true to self like on the Conway featured, “Be Who You Are”. He speaks about rappers flooding the industry strictly for money on “Gold Rush”. The verbal barbarian also shares his personal views on what makes up a great life on “Fabulous Life” with the Queen B, Lil Kim.
“No Industry Standard” is the eighth solo project from Taiyamo Denku, who has numerous singles online featuring some of Hip Hop’s legendary acts. The new album continues on in that tradition as the spitter splits mics with KRS One, Benny The Butcher, Chino XL and more. It’s this work ethic that has earned the Wisco based rapper the title of “Collab King”. He even landed a Psycho Les beat for “Stand Back”, the first song from the album to land a video for. Two more videos are set to drop this year, “Mr. Sunshine” with Saukrates and the hauntingly awesome “Make Em Believe”. Keep Taiyamo on your radar for the remainder of 2018 but most importantly, make sure to preview and purchase “No Industry Standard” on Bandcamp.

“In My Bag” is the debut single by Australian rapper, Jay Saad. The whole song focuses on the idea that Jay Saad is now focused on his grind and in his bag, as repeated throughout the track. Featuring production by Keanu Beats, who is most famous for producing Migos song, “What’s The Price” off their “Culture” album.
Back on August 8th of 2015, Hip Hop lost one of it’s most noted lyrical soldiers when news broke that Sean Price had passed away. To add to the sorrow, it seems as though the Hip Hop genre is losing it’s way from the path it ought to journey down. Thankfully, we have artists such as Milwaukee’s Taiyamo Denku who strive to preserve the very core of what the culture embodies. Today, the Midwest monster debuts “Into Dust”, featuring VVS Verbal and Ruste Juxx, two of P’s close friends and associates.
The song opens up with a clip from “John 3:16” that features esteemed actor, Denzel Washington. As the song then begins, listeners are treated to nothing but brolic bars of brute, a showing that would make P himself proud. Australian producer/DJ Dcypha delivers what could arguably be some of the most adrenaline filled cuts we’ve heard this year as he closes the song out with some Sean P samples from an upcoming Cypha Den Music single. If you love Hip Hop, this song’s for you. Listen to “Into Dust” below.

We find rhyme ringleader Taiyamo Denku kicking things off followed by a wicked verse from fellow Wisco emcee, Knowshun. With Australian producer Dcypha once again handling the production role, the trifecta produces a neck nodding hit complete with DJ cuts and a Beastie Boys sample within the hook. Both Denku and Knowshun are well known for their bar work within the battle circuit, which shows vividly throughout the audio, which can be streamed and downloaded for free via Soundcloud.
Also make sure to catch Taiyamo Denku performing at a venue near you in the Midwest and then following a East Coast tour with fellow CDM artist, Rambunxious, for the “It’s Our Time” tour.
Midwest lyricist Taiyamo Denku hits the CyphaDenMusic vaults alongside the producer from down under, Dcypha, for the hard hitting “My World”. The dynamic duo also align guest verses from Madison’s Dot Con who sets things off strong from the start. Then Denku delivers the intricate wordplay he’s been known to supply. Lastly, Brooklyn’s Juxx Diamondz sprinkles that gritty New York sound that completes the release. Dcypha comes correct with the production here with crispy drum selections, low and high octave synths and distorted piano chords to seal the deal. Another note to mention is the chorus, where we find Tiayamo displaying a melodically sung hook with adlibs. Free to download and stream, check out “My World” below.
Milwaukee bar arsonist Taiyamo Denku and Australian producer partner Dcypha have a long line of solid releases. The duo also put together serious guest features from fellow lyricists such as Kool G Rap, Reks, Rass Kass, Vinnie Pazz and the list goes on. Now, the Cypha Den Music imprint gets an assist from LOX frontman Jadakiss for their latest single, “Life Like This”. The song offers two different mindsets, with Denku going in on half way thugs and Kiss giving a first person account of life in the streets. Overall, both points lead up to the message in the chorus; living a “Life Like This” must stop and change must follow. The single is also available for free download from the attached Soundcloud player.
